An extra year guarantee for your printer or printer/cutter
With MAX Warranty, you can extend the guarantee period of your Roland printer or integrated printer/cutter. More specifically, if you use your machine exclusively with ECO-SOL MAX inks, you are eligible for an extra guarantee for the second year (the first year is subject to the standard guarantee).
MAX Warranty is a guarantee on hardware and on print heads, as long as they break down within the set lifespan of 6 billion dots. The guarantee does not include working hours, travel and supplies that are included in the cost of maintenance.
You do not have to submit an application for MAX Warranty; your authorised dealer will take care of this, whilst you can follow everything on MyRoland.
Conditions
If you want to make use of MAX Warranty, you have to meet certain conditions, namely:
- You need to purchase your machine, as well as the ink and the supplies from an authorised Roland dealer.
- You must strictly follow the maintenance plan of your Roland machine. This plan foresees maintenance every six months.
- The maintenance must be done by an authorised Roland Service Centre.
- Proof of maintenance must be given by means of the invoice and the repair note.
- You must only use your machine with ECO-SOL MAX inks. This is verified in two ways:
- Based on the invoices of the authorised Roland dealer.
- Based on the service and history reports of the machine.
- You bought your Roland machine after 1 May 2009.
Exception: If you bought a Roland machine between 1 December 2008 and 30 April 2009, you can also make use of MAX Warranty. However, you can only make use of it if you can prove that you had maintenance done by an authorised Roland Service Centre six months after buying the machine. Proof of maintenance must be provided by means of an invoice, repair note and history report.
